Faulty chocolate buncake

Everybody knows how I love baking bun cakes and trying out recipes form my favourite bun cake resource Karlovacki kuglof. This time it was my friend Sladja who inspired me to bake this bun cake. She was the one to try it first and it was delicious! The next day, I had some free time, went to a store, got the ingredients and started making this recipe. Well, it obviously wasn't my day. It was one mistake or a misfortune after another. I thought that the bun cake would be a disaster and didn't like it much when I've tried it. BUT, to my great amazement, everybody else LOVED IT! I still think that they are crazy, but I'm happy that the bun cake quickly disappeared into thin air. (giggle)

The combination for the Faulty chocolate bun cake is:
  1. use silver Dijamant margarine instead of butter - it won't mix well and there will be lots of grease crumbs in the mixture,
  2. run out of regular flour and use 3/5 rough wheat flour type 400,
  3. the chocolates were all good though: Bambi's white chocolate with Plazma biscuit chunks and their milk chocolate noisette for the dough, and Menaz cooking chocolate (my favourite one) on top,

  4. keep chocolate chunks rater big - slice each chocolate block into 4 pieces
  5. grease the bun cake pan with margarine but forget to sprinkle it with bread crumbs
I just had to write all the details down, because some folks are asking for more...

Osjećam miris tek pečenog kolača, a o onome s Fruške gore da i ne govorim, tek da me podsjećaju na Branka Radićevića i njegovu poeziju. Pozdrav. Loredana.
